Robert Theim
Robert “Bob” Theim (Time) grew up in West Allis, a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After Graduating from Highschool, at West Allis Central, he attended college at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls. College highlights included playing two years of varsity football (conference champions) and graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree with Majors in Scientific Land Management and Earth Science (Geology)
Following college Bob became employed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) where he is currently a GED instructor. In addition to his career with the BOP, Bob was enlisted in the Army National Guard for approximately 22 years. His love for the outdoors led Bob to his Military Occupational Specialty in the infantry. His last approximate 13 years, before retiring from the National Guard, were spent as a marksmanship instructor. Bob is Nationally Distinguished with both rifle and pistol.
In 2004 Bob began operating AAAction Adventure Videography. Having had good success harvesting Whitetail, Mule Deer, Black Bear, Elk, Moose, Caribou, Coyotes and Turkeys, with both gun and bow, Bob wanted to share the thrill of the adventure with others. He chose to do this through the use of the video camera. Since that time, Bob has successfully captured hunts and adventures in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Kentucky, Maryland, New Mexico, and Mexico. His love for the hunt goes on and can now be shared with viewers all across the country. “It’s not just about killing something, it’s about the whole experience” is his philosophy.
Some of Bob’ s work can be seen on Bowhunter Magazine tv, Timberline Wild Adventures, DFO productions, and Wild Wisconsin tv.
Bob typically uses the Sony Z1U HD camera, and has the necessary equipment for audio, lighting, tripod, as well as the necessary equipment for extended field (camping) excursions, and has an up to date passport for international travel. He has designed and uses the AAAction Adventure camera arm for field use.
Feel free to contact Bob for any inquiries weather it be for professional videography service or for information on the AAAction Adventure Camera arm. Above all, take time to enjoy the magnificent resources that are around us every day and work to make this world a better place.
Best wishes and happy adventures.
